Public and Private is a project from my Documentary Photography class at UC Irvine, exploring the theme of "public versus private." Inspired by experiencing the difference between online and in-person teaching due to the pandemic, I focused on the contrast in public spaces when human presence is removed. By photographing these scenes and digitally removing human elements, I highlighted how people's presence transforms and adds energy to these environments.
